Super Easy Kale Chips

You know the feeling when you click on a Pinterest recipe that claims to be "easy" and you're greeted by a list requiring 2 hours of prep/cook time, 25 ingredients, and fancy kitchen equipment that you don't have?  This is not one of those times!  I learned how to make these from a coworker and they are not only truly easy to make, but healthy and delicious as well.  Happy eating! :)

1.  Preheat oven to 450.

2.  Spread kale over a baking pan (I just used the bagged kale from Publix, but I'm sure the fresh, organic stuff is even better!)

3.  Select some of your favorite spices/sauces and some olive oil. Here are my choices for today:

 4.  Spread the olive oil and your seasonings over the kale.

5.  Bake for 15 minutes, or until the edges of the leaves start to brown.

6.  Enjoy!
