I have been eating these salads almost every day for the past week, so I wanted to share my recipe. So delicious!
Combine:
1 cup raw spinach
10 watermelon chunks
1/2 cup berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
2 tablespoons Brie, divided into smaller pieces
1 tablespoon bacon crumbles
...and drizzle with Italian dressing to taste!
