Our Wedding Date!!!

My amazing fiance Stephen and I have officially set the date for the big "Trevathan Celebration"! A couple nights ago, we booked the beautiful venue that I affectionately nicknamed "The One" while we were still looking at prospective places. We'll be getting married on August 29, 2015 at the breathtaking San Francisco Theological Seminary! Our ceremony is going to be in a traditional little chapel with stained glass windows and our reception will be on the luxurious white Geneva Terrace, overlooking the mountains of Marin County. We are both IN LOVE.

It feels so good to finally have a date set after a full 5 months of engagement, but I am also glad that we didn't rush things. It would have been absolute insanity to start the planning process in the midst of a cross-country move. Now we can take a deep breath and plan at leisure for our beautiful Nor-Cal Indian summer wedding, while still adjusting to our new home and working toward our many career aspirations.

In honor of deciding the day that we'll be celebrating for the rest of our lives, I want to share some of our engagement pictures taken by my talented friend Taylor of TMH Photography. Taylor is still in school and I am mind-blown that she is just getting started with photography; this girl is sooo freaking talented!! Don't these pics look like they were taken by someone with years and years of experience? The photos were a gift to me and Stephen and I could not be happier with them! I am just a happy girl these days. :)

Here's to a lifetime of laughs, kisses, and Nole chops with my dream man, soulmate, and true love. I've been engaged to him since my 23rd birthday, dating him since I was 19, crushing on him since age 16, and destined to be with him my whole life. Here's to August 29, 2015-- the day I will call him my husband! <3
