Anyway, I like to think of myself as a problem solver, so the other day, I whipped up a simple smoothie that provided the best of both worlds in a whirl of fruity, caffeinated glory. It was refreshing and energizing-- the perfect afternoon boost that I now make frequently. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Blend:
- 1/2 cup frozen organic pineapple chunks
- 5 frozen organic strawberries
- 1/2 cup Lucerne Greek yogurt
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Tazo brand chai latte concentrate
This looks super yummy! I'll have to try it out!

I hope you enjoy it!! I used to not be a fan of pineapple, but now I love it. Helps tone down the grassy flavors of greens smoothies if you add some in those too. :)
DeleteThis sounds really good!!! Just seen your comment on my blog - congratulations on your engagement!!! :)
