Bun-less Turkey Burger

The great thing about a turkey burger is that it's substantial but guilt-free.  I actually ended up eating two of these, but still felt healthier than I do after eating heavy red meats.  Enjoy!

You will need:

1. Turkey patties

2. Gouda slices

3. Bell peppers

4. Barbeque sauce

1. Cook the turkey patties in a frying pan with olive oil. Remember, turkey isn't a meat that cooks to a preferred temperature-- make sure your patties are all the way done!

2. When the meat is almost finished, add a slice of gouda, cover the pan, and finish cooking it on low heat until the cheese is melted.

3. Top with peppers and garnish with lettuce.

4. Pour on some bbq sauce. I love this Kraft brand Spicy Honey!
